How long have you been in business?
I have been a balloon artist since 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
I primarily provide balloon twisting services to birthday parties and company picnics.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It's kinda funny, but I was making a balloon animal for my daughter after buying a balloon kit and I had mom's approaching me for a business card. I had never even thought about it until that day. But I have not stopped making balloons since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am constantly growing my art and learning from my younger clients. In 2008, I could make a penguin and the kids would go wild. Now it is old hat and they look for Olaf from the movie Frozen and more "interactive" balloon art like toys and wearable costumes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is really no way for me to expand unless I teach and I am available for one-on-one classes. If a person learns my designs, it is easier to hire them to help me at large gigs.
