Guardian Mini-Storage is a family-owned, single-location facility located near the 5, 91, and 57 freeways in the City of Fullerton, right next to the City of Anaheim. We have been providing space, accommodation, and security to our tenants since we opened in 1987. Our self-storage facility features unit & area alarms, coded entry, gated & keyed entry points, security cameras, and on-site management. Our rates are the lowest in town, and have been as long as we can remember. Live in your home, store at Guardian!
Guardian Storage has THE LOWEST prices in town. Compare our storage rates with any in Orange County and we challenge you to find a self-storage facility with more competitive storage unit rental rates. At Guardian Mini-Storage, we offer consistently low rates for all our storage unit sizes. Guardian Mini-Storage also has very stable rental rates. Rent rates have not been raised since 2007. Additionally, we are currently offering second month free on new leases (excluding Extended-Hours units) and a $25 credit on all referrals!
Guardian Mini Storage has a full complement of varying security features to aid in the safe-keeping of your goods. The facility as a whole is fully alarmed to detect any unwanted presence on the premises. More than that, each individual unit is also alarmed. The facility is video-monitored by cameras that have placed at different locations throughout the yard. Finally, Guardian Storage features on-site management to ensure personal monitoring of the facility.
